Finally we moved into our own house at Setia Tropika this week. We bough the house from previous owner and they have kept the house in excellent condition. We got the key ~1 month before the official transfer for a small token sum. Then we spent the next 1 month trying to do whatever necessary within our budget constrain.
Many thanks to excellent job by our renovation contractor, En Ahmad (0197998873) from Kempas, Johor Bahru .. a humble guy with lots of insight.
Initially we thought we do not have enough budget for the balcony railing , but En Ahmad made it happen .. and we just love it.

we did minimal work.. the awning ( 26X20 ft ), the railing for veranda ( as you can see in the photo, change the toilet , new partition in the master bedroom to create a study , some additional grills and a few small stuffs .. total cost <RM30K
