Setia Tropika : Caranday Mondrian Renovated

Finally we moved into our own house at Setia Tropika this week. We bough the house from previous owner and they have kept the house in excellent condition. We got the key ~1 month before the official transfer for a small token sum. Then we spent the next 1 month trying to do whatever necessary within our budget constrain.
Many thanks to excellent job by our renovation contractor, En Ahmad (0197998873) from Kempas, Johor Bahru .. a humble guy with lots of insight.
Initially we thought we do not have enough budget for the balcony railing , but En Ahmad made it happen .. and we just love it.

the year that was : 2011

2011 was a very interesting years .. We lived in two different countries. Moved houses , Bought new house, New job . Start commuting life.
Tok Ki passed away ... and many more. I probably need to back date a few of future posting.
