cross talk

cross talk . . cross line .. what is the difference?
X TALK as they like to use it in the discussion over here. For me , some of the discussion seems to be more of cross line . . ha ha ha

water pipe leaking again today ... badly. well it was not really the pipe was leaking. Our watertank stopper/ floating mechanism didnt work, sending water gushing thru the escape valve.
Our mysterious leaks gets worse and the whole area next to the stairs were flooded
